I've noticed in some recent search history reports that people are going to Google and typing in "Free Domain Names and Free Hosting", which I find interesting but here it goes.  The closest thing to this is going to be one of those "lease a domain name" deals, which are very interesting as well.  This is where people don't commit to buying the domain name until the buyer is sure they want it. But either way, you still have to host it, and that's not free at all.  Who's going to let you host on their servers and get the domain name for free for an undetermined amount of time.  Here's something worth looking into; I found .99 for a domain name which includes SEO and a blog content management tool PLUS content, all for $99 per month!  These blogs claim to reach top of search engines within 2 weeks!  Check out Moguling.com
