Well it used to, but now the answer is yes. Even those with no design skills whatsoever can build awesome websites with Yahoo Web Site Builder Pro. This program is offered by the huge website Yahoo.com. It is free to download and use and you really don’t need to know squat to use it. Yahoo’s Web Site Builder is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) software application; meaning that you drag and drop items and add text just like MS word. This makes Yahoo's builder a little easier to use than many other web site builder programs.
Like everything that always sounds too good to be true there is one tiny little catch when using Yahoo Web Site Builder. That is that the program will only allow you publish your completed site to a yahoo hosted domain. However, since Yahoo does offer some of the cheapest domains out there, not mention cheap hosting as well, that shouldn’t really turn many people off. Bottom line: great product + great company = really great!
